Paula Deens Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1- 8 oz. package cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1/2 C. Butter at room temperature
  • 1 pound confectioners sugar
  • 1 teas vanilla extract
  • (1/2 C chopped pecan) if wanted

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, blend together cream cheese and butter. Gradually add conf. sugar beat until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla.

Ready to frost a two tier cake.
