Pineapple Pretzel Salad or Dessert

  • 2 c. crushed pretzels
  • 2 sticks butter (can use 1 stick) melted
  • 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 8 oz. container Cool Whip, thawed
  • 2 20 oz. cans crushed pineapple (can use 1 can)
  • 1/2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place crushed pretzels in bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Pour melted butter carefully over top, stir to coat all pieces mash down to cover bottom of dish. Bake in preheated oven 10 minutes. Cream together cream cheese and sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Combine pineapple and pudding mix. Spread over cream cheese/Cool Whip layer. Chill until ready to serve.
