Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces milk chocolate, semisweet chocolate or sweet cooking chocolate
  • 1/2 cup half-and-half
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 4 cups of dippers (fruit, cakes)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat chocolate, and the half-and-half in heavy saucepan over medium-low heat (170 degrees) stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Add cinnamon. Pour fondue in fondue pot over water bath and keep warm. If the chocolate becomes thick add heavy cream to thin.
