Pecan Sandies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 2 cup sifted flour
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and powdered sugar; add vanilla and water. Add flour; mix well and add pecans.

Form small rolls 1 1/2" long. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 300, 20 minutes or until browned. While hot roll in powdered sugar.

Let chill a while before baking and will not be as sticky.
