Ingredients
- Making fresh meatballs combine:
- 2 pounds (32 oz.) frozen meatballs
- 2 teaspoons beef base mixed into 2 cups water
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 16 ounces sour cream
- Salt
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup white breadcrumbs with
- 1/2 cup heavy cream and let sit 5 minutes.
- Mix into 1 pound lean ground beef, then add
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Preparation
Step 1
1. Add all ingredients, except for sour cream, to pressure cooker and securely lock on lid. Set the cooker to high and cook for 7 minutes.
2. Perform a quick release to release the cooker's pressue. Safely remove lid and immediately stir in the sour cream until well blended. Salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately over egg noodles or alongside mashed or fingerling potatoes.
