Ingredients
- 8 low-fat pork sausages
- 6-8 med potatoes, cut in chunks
- 5 large carrots, cut into large bite sized pieces
- 1 large white onion, sliced thin
- 1 med red onion, sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon mixed herbs (or rosemary and basil)
- 1 teaspoon English mustard
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 cup passata
- 600 ml chicken stock (or 600 ml water + 3 Chicken OXO cubes)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on High for 5-6 hours or until vegetables are tender and sausages are cooked.
