Ingredients

  • 14

    ounces rotini pasta (1 box)

  • ¾

    cup olive oil

  • ½

    cup red wine vinegar

  • 1

    teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1

    teaspoon dried basil

  • 1

    teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1

    teaspoon salt

  • freshly ground black pepper

  • 20

    cherry tomatoes

  • ¾

    cup crumbled feta cheese

  • ½

    cup chopped green onions

  • 1

    (4 ounce) can sliced black olives

Directions

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add rotini pasta and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. In a small bowl or jar , mix together olive oil, vinegar, garlic powder, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. In a large bowl, mix together cooked pasta, tomatoes, feta cheese, green onions, and black olives. Add about 3/4 of the dressing, and toss gently. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. If desired, add remaining dressing before serving. Makes 6 or more servings.
