Lasagna - Jeannie's

Ingredients

  • 1 large can tomato puree (28oz)
  • 1 large can tomato paste (12 oz)
  • 12 oz water
  • (can put in onion, green pepper, mushroom, burger)
  • 1 tsp itallian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp basil
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • garlic salt
  • garlic powder (more salt than powder)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 lb longhorn cheese
  • 1 lb mozarella cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 9 noodles
  • PAM'S CHANGES TO RECIPE
  • Sauce: extra italian, oregano, basil, salt, garlic powder, and salt. Plus 1 1/4 tbsp brown sugar, added: green pepper and pkg prosage links
  • Cheese: 10 oz longhorn, 6 oz cheddar, 1 lb mozarella, spinach pkg, cottage cheese, and eggs.
  • Whole Wheat Noodles

Preparation

Step 1

In sauce pan add tomato puree, paste, water (fill tomato paste can with water and dump in), and seasonings.
CHEESE Mixture: mix cottage cheese with other cheeses and eggs.
