Ingredients

  • For a 9x13 size dish
  • 1 14oz can of refried beans
  • 3 packs of holy guacamole
  • 1 carton sour cream
  • 2 8oz pkg cream cheese
  • Taco seasoning
  • 3 diced roma tomatoes
  • 3 diced green onions
  • Sliced black olives
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sour cream with cream cheese and packet of taco seasoning

Layer ingredients in 9x13 dish
Beans first, then sour cream/cream cheese mixture, guacamole, cheese, onions, tomatoes, black olives

If you are using guacamole you can’t layer everything until right before serving. I will put the beans in the bottom with the sour cream mixture on top and then wait. I have everything all diced and in ziplock bags to throw on after adding the guac. I do make it without the guac – in which case you can layer everything the day before.
