Ingredients
- 1 package 6oz long grain rice
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1 cup cubed fully cooked ham
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can 12oz evaporated milk
- 1 cup colby cheese
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Cook rice according to package directions. Transfer to a greased 2 quart baking dish. Top with chicken and ham. In a bowl, combine the soup, milk, colby cheese and pepper; pour over chicken mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan. Bake uncovered at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
