Bourbon Balls

Ingredients

• 3 cups ground vanilla wafers
• 1 cup ground nuts
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 3 tablespoons light corn syrup
• 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa, omit if desired
• 1/2 cup whiskey (fruit juice if for children)

Preparation

Step 1

Grind wafers and nuts fine
Mix with remaining ingredients. Pinch off enough to roll into balls the size of a big cherry and dust with powdered sugar.
