Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken, cut into bite sized pieces
- 6 T soy sauce
- 1 t ginger
- 4 bunches baby bok choy
- 2 slices ginger
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 t sugar
- 1/2 green pepper
- 4 green onions
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 c water
- few drops sesame oil
- 1 1/2 T vegetable oil
- pea pods
Preparation
Step 1
1. Marinate chicken in 6 T soy sauce and 1 t ginger.
2. Heat oil in wok, cook chicken and remove.
3. Heat oil. Add ginger and stir fry for 30 seconds. Add bok choy, green pepper, green onions and pea pods. Stir in soy sauce, sugar and salt. Stir fry on high for 1 minute. Add chicken and water, cover and simmer for 2 minutes. Drizzle with sesame oil.
