Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter (room temperature)
- 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 2-3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 8oz. tub cool whip
Preparation
Step 1
With electric mixer combine butter and cream cheese, about 3 minutes on medium speed until very smooth. Scrape down sides and bottom of bowl to ensure even mixing. Add the vanilla and mix. Slowly add the powdered sugar. Keep adding until you get the desired sweetness. Then fold in the tub of cool whip. It's then ready to spread with a blunt knife or spatula.
