  • Mole - chicken mole, mozzarella, cotija, sour cream, pepitas

  • Chorizo - refried beans, manchego cheese, chorizo, jalepenos, salsa, sour cream

  • Shrimp - white cheddar, sauteed shrimp, onion, cilantro
