Ingredients

  • Directions:
  • 1/3 cup salad oil
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 6 small dry hot chili peppers
  • ●Heat wok and add oil. When oil is ready, add the chili peppers and the sesame oil, and stir-fry for approximately 1 minute. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
  • ●Strain and discard the peppers.
