Ingredients
- Directions:
- 1/3 cup salad oil
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 6 small dry hot chili peppers
- ●Heat wok and add oil. When oil is ready, add the chili peppers and the sesame oil, and stir-fry for approximately 1 minute. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
- ●Strain and discard the peppers.
