Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked baby carrots
  • 1/4 cup water from carrots
  • 2 T grated onion
  • 2 T horseradish
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 T margarine

Preparation

Step 1

In 8x8 casserole mix water, onion, horseradish and mayo.
Add carrots and mix.
Combine bread crumbs and margarine.
Spread mixture over carrots and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in oven at 375 for 15-20 min.
