Ginger dipping sauce

  • 1/2 ½ cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 ¼ cup Mirin
  • 2 Tablespoons Asian Sesame Oil
  • Juice of one lime
  • 1 to 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh minced Ginger
  • 2 cloves fresh minced garlic
  • Thai Chile finely diced

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, lime juice, and honey. Stir in the ginger, garlic, and chile.
Transfer to a small serving bowl and serve at once.
