Ingredients

• 1 c chopped onions
• 1/4 c Kraft Calorie Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
• 1 &1/2 lb extra lean ground beef
• 1/2 c ketchup
• 1 pkg Stove Top Stuffing(Chickens fine)
• 1/2 c water
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 c shredded cheddar

Preparation

Step 1

Cook onions in dressing till golden brown. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Mix meat, 1/4 c ketchup, stuffing mix, water, egg whites, and onions, mix well. Place meat mixture in 13 x9 baking dish shape into 10 x 5 oval loaf. Spread with remaining 1/4 c ketchup.
Bake 55 mins at 375. Sprinkle with cheese bake 2 min.
