Ingredients
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 T horseradish mayo
- 2 each 8" sun dried tomato & spinach tortillas
- 8 oz thinly sliced roast beef
- 2 green onions cut in thin long strips
- 4 pieces 8" matchstick cut cucumbers
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together cream cheese and mayo.
Spread on tortillas to within 1/2" of edge
Divide roast beef and place on bottom 2/3rds odf tortilla
Top with onion and cuc near bottom edge
Starting at bottom, tightly roll up tortilla
Best if refrigerated for approx 1//2 hr,
Cut into 1" thickness.
