Ingredients
- 2 c. vanilla low-fat frozen yogurt, softened
- 3/4 c. thinly sliced banana
- 1/4 c. chocolate flavored syrup
- 1/4 c. fat-free pineapple sundae topping
- 2 t. chopped pecans, toasted
Preparation
Step 1
Spoon 2 T. frozen yogurt into each of 4 parfait glasses; top each with 1 T. banana. Spoon 2 T. frozen yogurt over banana; top ecach with 1 T. banana and 1 T. chocolate syrup. Spoon 2 T. frozen yogurt over syrup; top each with 1 T. banana and 1 T. pineapple topping. Spoon 2 T. frozen yogurt over pineapple topping, and top each with 1/2 t. pecans. Serve immediately or freeze until ready to serve.
Note: Try strawberry preserves in place of pineapple. Also could put cherry on top.
