Fat Flush Burgers with Herbs

  • 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon dried mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat broiler. Combine all ingredients and shape into patties. Broil on nonstick broiler pan until done.
