Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 1/2 1 ½ cups flour
- 1 1/2 1 ½ sticks butter
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- First Layer:
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 1 cup confectionary sugar
- Second Layer:
- 2 pkgs. Instant lemon pudding
- 3 cups milk
- Topping:
- Rest of cool whip
Preparation
Step 1
Place crust in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Cool. Beat first layer ingredients and spread on cooled crust. Mix Lemon pudding with milk and pour on first layer. Top with additional Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
