Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked 9" deep dish pie shell
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
  • 1 cup (6 oz) semi sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees

Beat eggs in large mixer bowl on high speed until foamy. Beat in flour, sugar and brown sugar. Beat in butter. Stir in chocolate chips. Spoon into pie shell.

Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between outside edge and center comes out clean. Cool on wite rack. Serve warm.

If using a frozen pie shell, (make sure it is deep dish and make sure it is thawed completely before baking. Bake on a baking sheet, increase baking time slightly.
