Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil - melted
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Flour - sifted
- 3 Tablespoons Coconut Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- pinch cinnamon
- pinch nutmeg
- 1 Cup raspberries (filling)
- 1 Tablespoon honey (topping)

Preparation
Step 1
Beat the eggs and the rest of the ingredients together. Melt the coconut oil in a pan, and also beat it in with the mixture.
Pour 1/3 Cup of the batter into the hot pan and tilt the pan around so you get about a 6" diameter crepe. Flip it so it cooks on both sides.
Stuff your berries inside and wrap it up!
I sprinkled some coconut flakes over it as a garnish.
We had a couple of eggs on the side for additional protein.
