Teriyaki Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. boneless pork chops
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

Trim excess fat from pork chops. Brown chops in 1 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over steaks. Cover and cook over low heat about 1 hour. Watch carefully during cooking and add additional water as necessary.
