Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can of corn, drain
- 1/4 onion, chopped
- ground pepper
- 2 boxes of corn Jiffy Mix
- 2 eggs
- Cheddar Cheese
- 2/3 cup milk-within Jiffy
- Taco Seasoning
Preparation
Step 1
Mix ground beef with taco seasoning and 1can tomato sauce, 1 can of corn, drained
Pour into dish then top with onion, pepper
Mix Jiffy Mix with milk and eggs (per box) and add cheddar cheese in mix
Pour over meat mixture and top with more shredded cheddar cheese
Bake at 375 degrees 25-30 minutes
