Sweetened Condensed Milk

Ingredients

• 2/3 cup white sugar
• 1/3 cup boiling water
• 1 cup skim milk powder
• 3 tbsp melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

1.Put all 4 ingredients in a blender or in a small bowl and run the blender or mix with an electric mixer.
2. Makes about 1 cup which is 1 can of eagle brand milk.
3. Store in a tupperware container in the refrigerator until it is used.
