Peach Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 pie shell
  • 4 large peaches
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 6 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Step 1

Cut peaches in 1/2, remove stone and slice thick. Arrange in shell. Melt butter and beat egg. Mix flour and sugar with egg and butter and pour over the peaches. Bake at400 for 15 minutes, then at 300 for 45 minutes.
