Chicken and Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (32 oz.) pkg hash browns
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 4 C. diced and cooked chicken
  • 1 C. sour cream
  • 2 C. chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 Tbs. finely chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. chicken boullion granules
  • 2 C. shredded cheddar or Colby jack cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw hashbrowns and place in ungreased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Layer chicken over hashbrowns. Stir together sour cream, chicken broth, soup, boullion and onion. Pour over hashbrowns and chicken. Sprinkle with cheddar or Colby jack cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 for approx. 50 min.
