Ingredients
- 2 tubes (10 oz each) refrig. Pizza crust
- 1 C. buffalo wing sauce, divided
- 1 1/2 1 ½ C. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 1 ½ C. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken, cubed
- 2 Tbl. Butter
- 1/2 ½ Tsp. each: garlic salt, pepper, chili powder
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
Preparation
Step 1
Unroll crust in jelly roll pan. Bake at 400 for 5-7 minutes. Brush dough with 3 Tbs. buffalo sauce. Combine cheeses and sprinkle 1/3 over crust. Cook chicken in butter and garlic salt, pepper and chili powder. Add remaining buffalo sauce and cook over medium heat-about five minutes. Spoon over crust. Sprinkle with oregano and remaining cheeses. Bake about 15 minutes more or until crust is golden brown
