MOONLIGHT SALAD DRESSING - Kathy Little

Ingredients

  • 1 ) 1 cup mayonaise
  • 2 ) 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 3 ) 1/2 package anchovy paste
  • 4 ) 2/3 cup parmeson cheese
  • 5 ) 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 6 ) 2 cups crushed croutons
  • 7 ) salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together except croutons until well blended. Make sure anchovy paste is dissolved and well mixed. Sprinkle croutons over chopped lettuce and add dressing. Mix well.
