Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 2 pkg (250g each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (300 ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- 4 squares (28g/1 oz each) white chocolate, melted
- 2 tbsp hazelnut or almond liqueur (optional)
- 4 squares (28g/1 oz each) semi-sweet chocolate, melted
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 4 squares (28g/1 oz each) bittersweet chocolate
- White chocolate curls
- Dark chocolate curls
Preparation
Step 1
Combine crumbs and butter. Press firmly on bottom of 8 1/2 inch springform pan. In mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk, and eggs until smooth.
Remove half of the batter to another bowl; stir in white chocolate and liqueur. To remaining batter, stir in semi-sweet chocolate.
Pour the semi-sweet chocolate batter into prepared pan. Spoon the white chocolate batter over the semi-sweet chocolate batter.
Bake at 300 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
Cool. Heat cream. Add bitter sweet chocolate and stir until melted. Spoon over cake. Spread to cover tops and sides.
Top with chocolate curls.
