Salmon - Slow Roasted with Soy Glaze

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. light brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. kosher salt
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 275

Whisk together Hoisin Sauce, Soy sauce, Rice vinegar, brown sugar, red pepper and kosher salt.

Place fish skin side down on a foil lined baking sheet. Brush fish with 3 Tbsp. sauce mixture. Bake about 12 minutes. Transfer to serving plate.
