Seafood Rissotto

Preparation

Step 1

take lobster out of shell raw. Save the shells for a fish stock.

Cook rissotto 3/4 of the way through.

cut the seafood in small bits, add sage, basil sautee in a separate pan. Add Stock and then add to risotto when done.

top with parm chees or monterage cheese.
