Ingredients
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 c heavy whipping cream
- 6 oz. aged Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme or 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- Salt
- White pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
- Hot cooked pasta
Preparation
Step 1
Stir together butter, cream, cheese, thyme, and nutmeg in a large skillet. Cook gently over medium heat until mixture reduces by one-fourth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss with parsley, walnuts and pasta to coat well. Serve with extra nutmeg, if desired.
