Frozen Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 4 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups milk, divided
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 cup Cool Whip, unthawed
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Place the unwrapped chocolate squares in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring every 30 seconds. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.

Place the melted chocolate, 1/2 cup of the milk and the sugar in a blender and cover. Blend on high speed until smooth.

Serve immediately.
