cup Original Bisquick® mix

Heat oven to 400ºF. Mix vegetables, chicken and soup in ungreased glass pie plate, 9x1 1/4 inches.

Add more flavor by stirring 1/2 teaspoon of your favorite dried herb into the veggie mixture. Oregano, basil, thyme and dill weed are all great choices.

Variation

This was delicious. I will definitely make this again. I used cream of chicken soup, but think I'll try cream of potato, as someone else mentioned and maybe add 1/2 cup more of chicken. This is definitely a winner.

I know this does not sound plausible... but my grocery store does not sell bisquick! So I used the filling recipe and did a crescent roll crust. I followed previous reviews and added a good amount of seasoning and an extra can of soup (i did cream of cheddar). I seasoned the chicken w/ poultry seasoning, salt, paprika, a dash of onion power and garlic salt and minced garlic. I also sprinkled paprika and garlic into the soup mix. It is great! And even with all that seasoning... definitely not too much! Very easy and very quick. perfect hardy winter meal =)

Very good and simple to make. I thought there was too much breading and not enough filling. Next time I'll double the chicken/vegetables/soup mixture and keep the crust part the same. Good base recipe.

This was so easy! I boiled the chicken breast to get rid of the fat. I boiled stir-fry vegetables. I didn't have to use two cans because the heat from the vegetables and chicken seperated the soup. I like thick crust so I used double the ingredients and my family loved it!

This dish was fantastic! Everyone loved it and it was SO easy to make! I used 2 cans of soup as others mentioned (cream of chicken, and cream of mushroom). I cut up, cooked and used 2 chicken breasts. I also added mega spices for more flavor. It was really, really fast to make. Will definitely become a much used recipe in my house.

For my family, I always need a double batch!!! I also add an extra can of soup (worth the buck); for the last can, try using cream of chedder or broccoli...They won't know how you did it so quick after working all day!!!
