Smoothie: Countess Coconut (Healthy)

This smoothie is literally the most delicious treat you’ve ever tasted, and so incredibly healthy. You obviously have to love coconut. You can also add a handful of frozen blueberries if you want to take away from the pure coco-nutty taste. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2-ounces coconut water
  • 4-ounces soy milk
  • 1 tbsp virgin coconut oil
  • 1/8 cup dried coconut
  • 10 raw almonds
  • 4 pitted dates (or 2 Medjool Dates)
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
