Baked Spaghetti

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 1 (24 oz) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup grated cheddar
  • 1 cup grated Monterey Jack

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350*

Cook pasta according to directions.

In a separate pan, brown ground beef and drain the fat. Add the spaghetti sauce to the drained beef and warm through.

Cover the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan with sauce. Add a layer of pasta and half the cheese. Repeat, ending in sauce.

Bake for 30 minutes. Top casserole with remaining cheese and continue cooking 5 more minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
