Ingredients
- 1 package (2 lbs.) frozen hash browns
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. cheese grated
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 Tbsp. onions, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cup cornflakes, crushed
Preparation
Step 1
Place frozen potatoes in bottom of buttered 3 quart casserole. Break into small pieces and mix with sour cream, cheese, soup, onions, salt and pepper. Melt butter in skillet and add crushed cornflakes. Stir until lightly browned. Spread over casserole. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
