Chippy Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 t. vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 2 t. baking soda
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) swirled milk chocolate and peanut butter chips

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, cream butter, peanut butter and sugars. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in chips.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 2 minutes before removing to wire racks.
