Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
  • 1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Step 1

preheat oven to 350 degrees
mix all ingredients until well blended
spoon into a 9 inch pie plate or quiche dish
bake for 20 mins. or until heated through
serve with any crackers or fresh veggies
