Ingredients
- Striped bass filets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 3 Fresh Thyme sprigs
- 3 Fresh Oregano sprigs
- 2 garlic cloves smashed
- 1/8 tsp. fresh ground pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together in mixing bowl. Together with the striped bass filets, place marinade in plastic bag and refrigerate for one hour.
Throw on the grill that has been wiped down with olive oil.
Cook 5-9 minutes until filets are white and flakey.
