Ingredients
- 5-6 potatoes peeled and cut into large bite size chunks.
- 4 slices cooked chopped bacon
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- chives chopped (optional)
- 1/3 c. cubed Velveta cheese
- salt & pepper to taste

Step 1
Boil potatoes until done but still very firm. Drain water. Cook onion in butter until they are soft. Add all ingredients together with potatoes. Heat on low for 12-20 minutes, stirring often
