Ingredients

  • 6 ounces butterscotch or chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • whole graham wafers
  • 2 cups mini marshmallow
  • grated coconum (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Over low heat combine and mix chips, butter, egg and icing sugar. When melted, set aside and cool slightly.

2. Line 8-inch baking pan with whole graham wafers. When mixture cooled, stir in 2 cups of marshmallows and pour over wafers.

3. Cool thoroughly and sprinkle top with grated coconut before serving.
