Ingredients
- 1 C. artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 C. grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 C. sour cream
- 1/2 C. mayo
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 T. jalapeno peppers (use canned)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
Step 1
Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Spread in a shallow round dish. Bake uncovered at 325 until lightly browned on top, 30-45 minutes.
