Baked Peanut Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken
  • 1 (13.5 oz) can Coconut Milk
  • 1 (3.5 oz) box A Taste of Thai Peanut Sauce Mix

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add Peanut Sauce Mix (use both inner envelopes) and Coconut Milk to a baking dish. Whisk together. Add chicken, dredging both sides of chicken in peanut sauce.

Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until done. Spoon extra sauce over rice, potatoes or pasta.
