PIEROGI FILLING

Ingredients

  • 2 C SauerKraut (rinsed)
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 1 Small Onion
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cook sauerkraut in a little bit of water and drain. Let cool and chop. Saute onions in butter, add saurekraut. Simmer 5 minutes until the flavors blend. Let cool.
