Ingredients
- 4 split chicken breasts
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 (48 ounce) jar Randall great norhtern beans
- 1 small can sliced black olives
- 1 (12 ounce) jar Ortega salsa
- 1 (8 ounce) brick of pepper cheese, shredded
- olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Saute chicken breasts in olive oil until cooked. Shred chicken. Add green onions and red pepper and saute 5 minutes. Add beans, olives and salsa. Heat through. Add chesse right before serving.
