Pistachio Cake

Ingredients

• 1 package yellow cake mix
• 3 packages 3 oz sugar free pistachio pudding mix
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 4 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine dry cake mix and pudding mix. Add remaining ingredients. Mix on low for 1 minute. Pour into a greased bundt or loaf pan. Bake 50-60 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing.
